What’s This Role About?

As an Advisor Recruitment Executive, your primary role will be to scout, select, and support talented individuals to become successful insurance advisors. You’ll play a key part in growing our advisor network and helping them thrive in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Search and onboard new insurance advisors
• Help new joiners understand products and sales processes
• Motivate and support advisors to achieve their targets
• Keep a close eye on their performance and offer regular guidance
• Build lasting relationships with your advisor team

What You Need

• Graduation in any stream
• 2 year+ experience in recruitment, sales, or BFSI
• Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Willing to engage in field activity when needed
