About The Job:
In order to increase business in a particular area, the Business Development Executive in the Agency Channel must hire, train, and oversee a group of competent agents in order to meet sales targets and promote success.
Positions and Duties:
Hire, educate, and inspire financial advisors to meet goals.
Create and carry out strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Determine new business prospects and modify strategies in light of performance evaluation.
To improve performance, give continual coaching, criticism, and assistance.
Experience & Qualifications:
Completion of graduation is required.
Two or more years of marketing and sales experience in any industry.
3+ years in a home or native environment.
Leadership ability to motivate a group of people to achieve company objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with agents and clients
