About the job:
A team of agents must be managed and supervised by an executive sales representative in order to accomplish sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
Functions and Accountabilities:
Hire, develop, and oversee a group of agents.
Establish and track the agency’s sales goals.
Assure superior client service and resolve issues.
Supervise advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Agent performance is tracked, coaching is given, and feedback is given.
Senior management should receive performance reports on a regular basis.
Create plans to increase revenue and profitability.
Experience and Qualifications:
Completion of graduation is required.
Two or more years of marketing and sales experience in any industry.
The ability to lead a team toward organizational objectives
