Job Description
The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area through the agency channel. This role involves leading and motivating a team of agency managers to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop agents, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and motivates agency managers.
- Drives sales growth and market penetration.
- Recruits and develops agency managers.
- Analyzes performance, provides feedback, and ensures compliance.
- Builds relationships with agency partners.
- Represents company at industry events.
Requirements:
- Any Graduation complete
- Mini. 2 Years of Exp. in Sales & Marketing
- Strong Communications Skills
- Age: 22 to 38 years
