The Field Sales Executive will focus on growing business in a specific area by building and managing a team to hit sales goals and drive success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 15–17 sales/marketing members.
• Set clear business goals and lead the team to meet or exceed them.
• Actively take part in sales activities, campaigns, and customer visits.
• Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and support development.
• Build strong connections with team members, customers, and Clients.

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
• 3+ years in native/residential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
