About the Role:
A reputable financial services company is seeking a Sales Development Officer with a strong focus on results. The ideal applicant will have a successful sales history.
Principal Duties:
Find, integrate, and oversee a network of agency partners.
Increase revenue by using agency channels.
Give agents assistance and sales training.
Monitor performance indicators and make sure partners are involved.
Continue to abide by internal guidelines and legal requirements.
Requirements:
Preferably, a bachelor’s degree
At least two years of sales experience
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities
