To manage partner networks and improve sales performance, a reputable company is looking for a skilled and professional Sales and Marketing executive. The ideal applicant would have extensive experience in agency or channel sales, ideally in the insurance or BFSI industries. Excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic approach, and adherence to compliance standards are necessary for the position.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create and oversee an agency partner network.

Increase revenue by engaging partners effectively.

Agents should receive performance management and training.

Ensure that internal and external regulations are being followed.

Conditions:

Preferably, a bachelor’s degree

More than two years in sales

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

The capacity to operate autonomously and accomplish goals
