Immeidate Hiring Channel Sales Representative 

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Representative to grow life insurance sales through fieldwork and team building. The role involves hiring, training, and leading agents to meet sales targets and provide great customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities::

• Hire and guide insurance agents.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Train agents on products and sales skills.
• Help agents improve and reach more customers.
• Find new clients through direct and referral sales.
• Build strong relationships with agents and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 6 months in an insurance management role.
• Strong skills in analysis, communication, and leadership.
• Salary up to ₹3.20 LPA plus incentives and benefits. (In hand Depend on location)
• Must have a motorcycle and a valid driving license.
