About the job:

The Regional Sales Executive in the Agency Channel must recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled agents to accomplish sales goals and foster success in order to boost business in a certain area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Employ, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve their objectives.

Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales goals.

Identify new business opportunities and adjust plans based on performance reviews.

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to enhance performance.

Experience and Requirements:

It is necessary to finish the graduation process.

two or more years of experience in any business with marketing and sales.

three or more years at home or in a natural setting.

The capacity to inspire a team to accomplish organizational goals.
