As a Field Sales Manager, you won’t just chase targets—you’ll build territory empires. Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the Front: Recruit, train, and mentor field sales executives to create a high-energy, high-output sales force.
- Own the Territory: Develop and execute micro-market strategies to dominate assigned regions.
- Drive Numbers, Not Excuses: Monitor KPIs, push performance boundaries, and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are exceeded.
- Client Whisperer: Build lasting relationships with key clients and channel partners, turning leads into long-term business.
- On-Ground Intelligence: Collect real-time market insights and competitor data to keep us two steps ahead.
- Process Enforcer: Ensure adherence to company policies, sales protocols, and compliance norms.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
- 2-3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in [industry: e.g., FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, etc.].
- A hands-on leader with strong team management and motivation skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong data orientation and analytical decision-making.
