Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.
Understand client objectives and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Prepare briefs, project timelines, proposals, and reports.
Manage feedback loops, revisions, and approvals efficiently.
Maintain client satisfaction and grow accounts through proactive service.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a client servicing/account management role at a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and digital campaign workflows.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
