Role Summary:
We are looking for an Advisor Recruitment Manager in Udaipur to recruit, onboard, and activate insurance advisors/agents. The role includes building a high-performing team and driving business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors
• Conduct onboarding, training, and motivation sessions
• Drive sales through the recruited advisors
• Support advisors with client meetings and joint fieldwork
• Monitor advisor performance and ensure regular activation
• Achieve recruitment and business targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or agency development
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Must be target-driven and comfortable with fieldwork
• Local market knowledge (Udaipur) is a plus
