Position: Field Sales Executive – BFSI
Location: Alwar
CTC: ₹2 – ₹4 LPA + Incentives

🔸 Job Role:

• Promote and sell financial products (loans, insurance, credit cards)
• Identify and convert leads through field visits and cold calls
• Meet assigned sales targets consistently
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Ensure timely documentation and post-sale service
• Share daily activity reports with your manager

🔸 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream) – mandatory
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone
• Knowledge of local market is a plus
