Job Summary:
The Junior Sales Executive is an entry-level position responsible for supporting sales operations by identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting them into customers. This role involves direct customer interaction, product promotion, and assisting senior sales staff in achieving business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, or online channels.
- Build and maintain a list of prospective clients.
- Support senior executives with qualified leads and initial customer interactions.
- Present and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals.
- Respond to customer queries and provide product information.
- Assist in handling basic objections and concerns.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients for potential future sales.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
