Job Summary:
The Unit Sales Head – Insurance is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive insurance product sales within a defined geographic or business unit. The role involves strategic planning, team development, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They also works closely with senior management to align unit performance with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of sales executives or advisors.
- Drive insurance sales to achieve or exceed assigned business targets
- Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary. - Organize training sessions to enhance team knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
