Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Unit Sales Manager to join our BFSI sales team. Your primary role will be to build, train, and manage a team of advisors and help achieve sales targets through effective team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Appoint and train a team of financial advisors
Drive sales through team performance
Provide regular coaching and field support
Monitor advisor progress and ensure target achievement
Build lasting customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Eligibility:

Graduation in any discipline (required)
Prior sales or team handling experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to work in a field-based role
