Job Description
A Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for driving sales and fostering customer relationships within a specific geographic area. This role is pivotal in expanding a company’s market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Devise and execute strategies at the regional level aimed at boosting revenue in the banking, insurance, and investment sectors.
– Analyze market trends and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
– Guide and coach a group of field executives and sales managers in order to reach sales objectives.
– Establish and develop partnerships or distribution channels to broaden market reach.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
– Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
