We are looking for a Sales Representative in the Agency Channel for a leading insurance company in India.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors, promoting a culture of achievement and professional development.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners to drive profitable business growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and mentorship to advisors to help them reach their full potential.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that keep us competitive.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or a postgraduate degree.
- 1 to 2 years in sales and marketing across any industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Must be local candidate
