🔹 Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage insurance agents
Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
Monitor agent performance and provide regular support
Achieve personal and team sales goals
Ensure compliance and maintain documentation

🔹 Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
2+ years of experience in insurance/agency sales
Strong leadership & communication skills
