About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager to lead from the front in generating leads and expanding our market presence. This is a boots-on-the-ground role best suited for someone who thrives in direct sales and local market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition in assigned territory
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partner
- Execute strategic field marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility
- Monitor and report sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and marketing
- Strong track record of lead generation and client engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a local resident familiar with the territory
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team-focused
