We are hiring for a Bancassurance role where you will work closely with partner bank branches to promote and sell life insurance products. This is a branch-based sales role with a focus on generating business through walk-in customers and referrals from bank staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches
Develop strong relationships with branch managers and staff
Identify and meet potential customers within the branch
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans
Ensure daily follow-ups, documentation, and reporting
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain service quality

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and influence customers
Prior experience in bancassurance or branch banking sales is a plus
