Job Description

Come work with us as a Sales Development Manager whose main goal will be to expand our agency channel’s sales of life insurance products. In order to meet revenue targets, you will manage a group of agents, carry out sales plans, and cultivate enduring connections.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assemble, educate, and oversee a group of insurance agents.
• Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to reach revenue targets.
• Develop enduring bonds with clients and agency partners.
• Use competition activity and market trends analysis to guide strategic choices.
• Verify adherence to corporate rules and industry requirements.

Requirements: 

• The bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
• Minimum 1+ Years of Sales Experience
• Capacity to flourish in a target-driven setting.
• Has to be in the area.
