Job Overview:
We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Partner to promote and sell BFSI products (banking, financial services, and insurance) through direct and indirect channels. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, and achieving defined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers for BFSI products (e.g., loans, insurance, mutual funds).
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients or partners.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes.
Track sales performance and report regularly to the manager.
Participate in lead generation, promotional activities, and campaigns.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
1–3 years of sales experience in BFSI sector (insurance, banking, loans, mutual funds).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Customer-centric and target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of financial products and compliance regulations.
