Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our sales development team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing a team of sales development representatives (SDRs), and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage the Sales Development team.
  • Develop strategies to generate and qualify leads.
  • Set and track team goals and performance.
  • Work with marketing to create campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Analyze data and sales metrics to improve results.
  • Report regularly to senior management on progress and opportunities.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • 1+ years of team leadership or management experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
