Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our sales development team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing a team of sales development representatives (SDRs), and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage the Sales Development team.
- Develop strategies to generate and qualify leads.
- Set and track team goals and performance.
- Work with marketing to create campaigns that attract potential clients.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Analyze data and sales metrics to improve results.
- Report regularly to senior management on progress and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- 1+ years of team leadership or management experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
