Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Field Recruitment Executive to support frontline hiring for BFSI clients in Alwar and nearby regions. The role involves field sourcing, mobilization, screening, and onboarding candidates for various sales and relationship roles in banking and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize walk-in candidates through field activity, referrals, posters, and local networking.
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability for BFSI roles.
- Maintain daily sourcing and hiring MIS.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for bulk hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or field mobilization is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with valid license and smartphone preferred.
- Must be a Local candidate
- Age Criteria : 24 To 38 Years
