Job Description

This role involves direct field interaction with customers, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales territory by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
  • 2-6 years’ experience in field sales or sales management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
