Job Summary:
The Team Leader – Sales is responsible for guiding and supervising a team of sales representatives to achieve business targets. This role involves setting daily goals, tracking team performance, providing training and support, and ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives or representatives in achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Provide onboarding and regular training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Identify skill gaps and conduct performance improvement sessions.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in line with business goals.
- Drive the team to meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue objectives.
- Monitor daily performance and productivity.
- Support team members in handling difficult clients or closing complex deals.
- Track individual and team performance using sales tracking tools or CRMs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
