Job Title: Insurance Product Specialist
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹4  LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Product Specialist to support product development, training, and sales enablement. You will act as the go-to expert for product knowledge, competitive positioning, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth product training to sales teams and partners
  • Assist in the design, development, and launch of insurance products
  • Analyze competitor products and market trends
  • Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and actuarial teams
  • Develop product presentations, FAQs, and sales tools
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and product positioning accuracy
  • Support sales teams with technical/product queries

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Insurance, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in life insurance product roles
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, pricing, and policy structures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
