We are hiring a Sales and Insurance Representative to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, policy explanation, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals & calls
• Explain insurance products (life, health, or general)
• Recommend suitable policies based on customer needs
• Follow up on leads and ensure policy conversion
• Maintain customer relationships and assist in renewals
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Any Graduates
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Interest in sales and customer interaction
• Field sales experience is a plus
• Two-wheeler preferred for mobility
