Job Summary:
The Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients to support customer retention and drive business growth. They acts as the face of the organization and plays a key role in deepening customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective clients through referrals, calling, or walk-ins.
- Assist new customers in onboarding, documentation, and initial product setup.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Meet assigned sales and service targets through active client engagement.
- Promote suitable financial products such insurance, or investment plans.
- Address client queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance and assistance throughout the customer lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
