Overview:
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage sales activities in a designated region. This role includes leading a sales team, achieving regional targets, and strengthening client and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
Supervise sales performance within the assigned territory
Guide and support the field sales team to boost productivity
Ensure sales targets are met and business grows in the area
Build and maintain strong connections with customers, dealers, or partners
Keep an eye on local market conditions and competitor moves
Share regular updates and performance reports with management
Qualifications:
4–6 years of relevant sales experience, including team leadership
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Open to frequent travel within the area
