We are seeking an energetic Agency Channel Partner to drive business growth through recruitment and management of agents. The role involves building a high-performing agency team, developing relationships, and achieving sales targets in the insurance/financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage insurance agents or financial advisors
- Drive sales through agency channel and achieve targets
- Provide training, motivation, and support to agents
- Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls
- Monitor agent performance and ensure active engagement
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably insurance/finance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and drive results
- Graduation in any discipline
