Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI
We are looking for a Sales Manager – BFSI to take charge of our on-ground sales team. This role is focused on increasing sales, building good customer relationships, and making sure the team performs well every day.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of field sales executives
- Set clear targets and make sure the team meets them
- Travel with the team to visit customers when needed
- Give feedback and training to improve team performance
- Handle daily reporting and share updates with management
- Respond to field challenges and resolve them quickly
- Work closely with other departments when needed
- Ensure that company rules and processes are followed during all sales work
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2 to 6 years of total sales experience, including team handling
- Is confident in leading and managing a team
- Has personal bike and valid driving license
- Is graduate(Any field)
- Is local from job location
