CTC: 4 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage and grow customer relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and service requests
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or CRM roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM software experience is a plus)
