Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Advisor Network Lead to build, train, and manage a high-performing network of insurance advisors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, team motivation, and sales strategy execution within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors
Onboard, train, and mentor the advisor team for performance excellence
Develop strategic plans to achieve advisor productivity and retention
Drive sales through advisor engagement and client acquisition
Track team performance and provide regular updates to management
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (any discipline)
Minimum 1–3 years in sales or team handling, preferably in insurance or financial products
Age Limit: 24 to 40 years
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Local market understanding and network preferred
