Job Summary:
A Banca Channel Executive is responsible for generating sales of insurance or financial products through the bancassurance channel, which involves working closely with bank branch staff to drive business. They act as the connecting link between the insurance company and its bank partner branches, ensuring mutual growth and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with bank staff and branch managers.
- Motivate and train bank employees to actively pitch insurance products to customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through bank channels.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by generating leads from bank customers and converting them.
- Conduct product and sales training for bank staff to keep them updated on offerings and compliance requirements.
- Help bank employees understand insurance benefits to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales any field + 2 years of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
