Role Summary:
We are seeking a result-driven Associate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will be responsible for driving insurance sales, recruiting agents/advisors, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
• Drive sales through team and individual efforts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Guide clients on suitable insurance products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy renewals

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably insurance or BFSI
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
