Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and direct engagement with stakeholders to promote the company’s products or services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and industry events.
- Qualify prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to inform business strategy.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for product or service improvements.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach with company objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
