A Field Marketing Representative (FMR) is a dynamic professional who bridges the gap between a company and its customers through direct, face-to-face interactions. Operating primarily outside the traditional office setting, FMRs are instrumental in executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement field marketing campaigns, including product demonstrations, promotional events, and in-store promotions, to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Interact directly with consumers to provide product information, gather feedback, and foster positive brand relationships.
- Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align field activities with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
