About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Client Relations Manager to build lasting relationships with clients, ensure exceptional service delivery, and foster long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
Understand client goals and tailor services accordingly
Resolve client issues with professionalism and speed
Maintain regular communication and conduct performance reviews
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions
Work closely with sales and operations teams to enhance client experience
Ensure client retention and satisfaction metrics are met
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory)
2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or relationship handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
