Job Title: Relationship Manager – Sales

We are looking for someone to lead a field sales team that talks to customers in person and helps grow our business. Your job will be to guide the team, plan their work, and make sure they sell well.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of salespeople who visit customers
  • Plan the team’s daily and weekly work
  • Support team members during customer visits
  • Help solve problems in the field
  • Make sure the team meets their sales targets
  • Train new salespeople on how to do the job
  • Keep records of team work and share reports
  • Work with other teams to improve results

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any subject
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
  • Good at communication and team support
  • Can manage time and stay organized
  • Must be okay with daily travel
  • Should know the area and local customers
  • Must have a two-wheeler or car
