Job Summary:
A Frontline Sales Officer is responsible for directly engaging with customers to promote and sell products or services, typically in a field or retail environment. Operating as the face of the company, the FSO plays a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, or walk-ins.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Demonstrate product value and assist customers in choosing the right solution.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Provide post-sale support and address customer queries or complaints.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
