Job Summary:

A Frontline Sales Officer is responsible for directly engaging with customers to promote and sell products or services, typically in a field or retail environment. Operating as the face of the company, the FSO plays a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, or walk-ins.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Demonstrate product value and assist customers in choosing the right solution.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Provide post-sale support and address customer queries or complaints.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate
  • Preferred local candidate.
