CTC: Up To 4.00 LPA + Incentive
Experience: 2+ years in recruitment (preferably BFSI/Insurance)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to support talent acquisition for our life insurance sales force. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality candidates, particularly for agency and sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit insurance agents, advisors, and sales professionals
Use job portals, social media, and local networks to attract talent
Coordinate interviews and selection process with internal teams
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new recruits
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
2+ years of recruitment experience (life insurance preferred)
Strong sourcing, screening, and networking skills
Ability to handle volume hiring and meet timelines
Local market knowledge is a plus
