Responsible for managing and growing relationships with insurance agency partners. Drive sales through agencies, support partner onboarding, and ensure achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
Collaborate with agencies to drive insurance product sales
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
Requirements:
Graduate with 2+ years experience in insurance sales or agency management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and manage relationships effectively
Target-driven and proactive attitude
Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
