Job Description:
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote banking and insurance products in the assigned territory. This role involves direct client interaction, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and promote BFSI products (loans, insurance, accounts, etc.)
• Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, and cold calls
• Explain product features and close sales
• Achieve assigned targets and submit daily reports
• Maintain good customer relations and after-sales service

Requirements:

• Any Graduate preferred
• 2+ years of field sales experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
