We are looking for a Channel Recruitment Manager to build and expand our distribution network by recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners and agents. This role plays a vital part in driving business growth through effective channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and recruit new channel partners and agents.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for recruits.
• Set and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
• Monitor channel performance and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for aligned channel strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or channel management, preferably in BFSI or Insurance sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
