We are looking for motivated Insurance Sales Representatives to promote and sell life and general insurance products. The role involves identifying potential clients, explaining policy benefits, and closing sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and approach potential customers
• Explain insurance products and benefits clearly
• Assist customers in choosing suitable policies
• Complete sales documentation and follow-up processes
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

• Any Graduation preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance products or willingness to learn
• IRDA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Self-driven and result-oriented
