Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across regions.

- Forecast sales performance and report on metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in CRM tools and sales performance reporting.
