Job Description

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Forecast sales performance and report on metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales performance reporting.
