Job Summary:
The Agency Partner Executive is responsible for managing relationships with agency partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth collaboration between the agency network and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Support agencies in meeting sales targets and business goals.
Provide training, guidance, and product knowledge to agency teams.
Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth communication.
Monitor agency performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to support partner needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales, agency management, or business development.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
