Job Overview:
An Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of agents, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents.
Set and monitor sales targets for the agency.
Ensure excellent customer service and address concerns.
Oversee marketing efforts and promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and give feedback.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Qualification and Experience:
Must completed Graduation compulsory.
1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
